This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) using Canva for virus learning materials and to determine its validity and practicality. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, comprising Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects were one Biology teacher and 36 tenth-grade students of class X.6 at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. The e-module integrates learning materials, images, videos, QR codes, student worksheets, and activities based on PBL syntax. Validity was assessed by two expert validators, while practicality was evaluated through teacher and student responses. The validation results yielded an Aiken’s V coefficient of 0.91, indicating high validity. Practicality scores were 100% for the teacher and 85% for students, both categorized as highly practical. Feedback highlighted the need to simplify scientific terminology, clarify images, and diversify interactive features. Therefore, the e-module is highly valid and practical for Biology learning on viruses. Further research is needed to assess its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes.
