This quantitative study examined the effect of interactive learning media based on Riau local wisdom on elementary students’ digital literacy and moral attitudes. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design involved 120 fifth-grade students at SDN 133 Pekanbaru, Riau. The experimental group learned through multimedia containing Malay folklore and the Pacu Jalur tradition, while the control group used textbooks. Data were collected using a 20-item digital literacy test and a five-point Likert questionnaire on moral attitudes. The instruments were validated and tested for reliability. MANOVA was conducted at α = 0.05. The results showed a significant simultaneous effect (Wilks’ Lambda = 0.412, p < 0.001). Partial tests were significant for digital literacy (F = 84.32, p < 0.001) and moral attitudes (F = 62.15, p < 0.001). Integrating Riau local wisdom into interactive media can therefore strengthen students’ digital competencies and moral development. Keywords: Interactive Media; Riau Local Wisdom; Digital Literacy; Moral Values; Elementary School.
