This study was motivated by the high unemployment rate among vocational high school graduates in Indonesia and the fact that students’ work readiness is not yet optimal in meeting industry demands. This situation is also evident at SMK Adhikawacana, as indicated by the fact that some Office Management graduates remain unemployed, while others are working in fields unrelated to their area of expertise. This study aims to analyze the influence of vocational competencies, information technology mastery, and Field Work Practice experience on the work readiness of students majoring in Office Management at SMK Adhikawacana. This study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory design. Data were collected via questionnaire administered to 95 twelfth-grade students and were analyzed using multiple linear regression, including classical assumption test, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that vocational competencies, information technology mastery, and Field Work Practice experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students’ work readiness. Partially, vocational competencies and Field Work Practice experience have a positive and significant effect, whereas information technology mastery does not have a significant positive effect. Thus, students’ work readiness can be improved by strengthening vocational competencies and Field Work Practice quality.
